Job Description

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery. Lead price negotiations and contract discussions to achieve optimal cost savings Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to delivery. Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately. Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement transactions. Ensure timely placement and tracking of purchase orders (POs) Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Utilize SAP S/4HANA for procurement, inventory tracking, and reporting. System & Cross-functional Coordination Ensure smooth communication across departments for efficient supply chain operations.

• B.Com/Commerce
