Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role located in Ranchi. The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client interactions, and ensure the successful delivery of travel and tourism services. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating itineraries, providing excellent customer service, collaborating with vendors, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to manage and execute plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Travel and Tourism industry operations and destination planning
• Proven ability in Event Management, Project Coordination, and Vendor Management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
