Role Overview

This role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive lead generation, client engagement, and project execution in a professional services environment. The individual must be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders, adept at using modern tools for outreach, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

.Lead Generation & Outreach:

oIdentify and connect with the right points of contact across industries using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms.

oInitiate conversations and set up meetings through cold emails and LinkedIn reach-outs.

oBuild strong pipelines by consistently hunting for new opportunities.

.Database Management:

oCreate, maintain, and source databases from multiple channels.

oEnsure data accuracy and usability for outreach campaigns.

.Project Management:

oHandle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

oEnsure timely execution of tasks with minimal supervision.

.Stakeholder Interaction:

oConfidently engage with Indian and foreign CXOs through audio/video calls.

oCollaborate effectively with internal management teams to align on goals.

.Teamwork & Execution:

oDetail-oriented approach to tasks.

oWork as a reliable team player while demonstrating independence in execution.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written business communication, essential for client-facing interactions.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the professional services industry is preferred, providing contextual understanding.

  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for presentations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with preference for MBA in Finance, Sales, or Marketing
