The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Adhesives and Tile care products with in the territory. The Sales candidate has to work closely with the sales and Marketing team to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals.
Regularly deal with dealers getting our products specified in Projects Developing & maintaining. Dealer/Sub dealer network There by achieving Volume & Value Targets. ensuring long-term business relationships, Work within the relevant industry segment.1. Sales of Adhesives and Tile Care Products
oManage sales operations for tile fixing adhesives, tile care, and waterproofing products within assigned territory.
2. Dealer/Sub-Dealer Management
oDevelop, maintain, and strengthen dealer and sub-dealer networks.
oRegularly interact with them to ensure product specifications are included in project requirements.
3. Project Specification Handling
oGet company products specified in ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
4. Sales Target Achievement
oResponsible for achieving both Volume and Value targets as per company strategy.
5. Customer Relationship Management
oBuild and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and partners.
6. Team Coordination
· Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.E. – Civil, but not mandatory)
Experience· Minimum experience in sales from relevant industries like:
oConstruction Chemicals
oTiles & Sanitary ware
oPaints
oCement / White Cement
oPower Tools
