Designation: Senior Sales Executive – Membership & Real Estate Sales

Location: Yewalewadi,Pune

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Company

Dream Nest Construction is engaged in developing premium real estate, hospitality, resort, lifestyle, and investment projects. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive membership sales, holiday ownership programs, resort memberships, and real estate property sales.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales

* Generate leads for club, resort, holiday, and lifestyle memberships.

* Conduct presentations and explain membership benefits to prospective clients.

* Convert inquiries into memberships through effective sales strategies.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing members and clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.

Real Estate Sales

* Promote residential, commercial, plotted developments, and hospitality projects.

* Handle site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.

* Guide customers through the complete sales process from inquiry to booking.

* Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth closures.

* Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and events.

Business Development

* Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, influencers, and referral associates.

* Participate in exhibitions, property expos, roadshows, and promotional activities.

* Identify new business opportunities and sales channels.

* Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.

Reporting & MIS

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Track lead conversion ratios and customer feedback.

* Update CRM and sales records regularly.

Required Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).

* Minimum 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, hospitality sales, membership sales, timeshare sales, or luxury lifestyle sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
