Senior Executive Purchase

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Sr. Purchase Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor sourcing, SAP (MM module), cost optimization, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle using SAP (MM Module)
• Create, track, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP
• Source new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost optimization
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with vendors
• Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and logistics teams
• Maintain vendor master data, GRN, invoice verification, and procurement records
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Prepare procurement MIS reports using MS Excel
• Ensure compliance with GST, company policies, and procurement procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering

• 24 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or trading organizations
• Hands-on exposure to vendor sourcing and procurement operations

• SAP MM Module: PR, PO, Vendor Master, GRN, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management
• MS Excel: VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Cost optimization and material planning expertise
• Understanding of BOM, manufacturing processes, logistics, and GST
