Job Overview

The Programmatic Senior Executive will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital advertising campaigns through programmatic channels. They will be responsible for optimizing and managing programmatic campaigns, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and ensuring that campaigns align with our clients goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, analytics, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across various platforms such as DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programmatic advertising strategies that align with client goals.
  • Provide input on audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling.

Technical Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, programmatic technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper implementation of programmatic tags, pixels, and tracking mechanisms.

Communication

  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign objectives.

Problem-Solving

  • Identify challenges and opportunities within programmatic campaigns and propose solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2 years) in managing programmatic campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google DV 360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, tracking methods, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
