Senior Executive-Production

Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Commerce / Management preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience as Executive Assistant/PA in manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Experience in chemical/pharma/process industry preferred.
  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage the Site Head's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, MIS reports, and briefing notes.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, MOMs, and official communications.
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation.
  • Coordination & Follow-ups
  • Coordinate with Production, EHS, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Track action items from review meetings and ensure timely closure.
  • Support plant review meetings (daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews).
  • Liaise with corporate office and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Compile plant performance data (production, safety, quality, dispatch, downtime).
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation as required.
  • Support audits by organizing documents and coordination.
  • Communication Management
  • Act as a communication bridge between Site Head and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen calls, visitors, and correspondence.
  • Draft and circulate plant notices and official communications.
  • Project & Operational Support
  • Assist in tracking CAPEX projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Support planning of plant events, inspections, and leadership visits.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and escalate deviations when needed.
