Job Title: Team Leader Statutory Compliance

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Statutory Compliance to lead a team handling multi-state labour and statutory compliance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising client deliverables, ensuring 100% statutory compliance, guiding the team, and maintaining client relationships with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund activities across multiple clients.
- Oversee monthly challan generation, filing, and remittance of statutory dues.
- Supervise the generation and maintenance of UAN, IP numbers, and ensure timely KYC updates and UAN activations.
- Review and approve PF transfer and withdrawal requests.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure accuracy in statutory records and registers.
- Coordinate with labour departments and other statutory authorities for inspections and submissions.
- Prepare and share compliance MIS reports with management and clients.
- Mentor and train team members on compliance processes and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Labour Law (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of experience in statutory compliance, with at least 12 years in a team-leading role.
- In-depth knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labour laws.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and statutory online portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
