About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our Cosmetic Division. The role focuses on driving business development, technical sales, and market expansion for cosmetic ingredients across West and North India.
Experience Required
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales / Technical Sales, or Marketing of cosmetic raw materials
- Proven experience handling products such as:
- UV Filters
- Cosmetic Actives (Ascorbic Acid, Alpha Arbutin, Glutathione, Sodium Hyaluronic Acid)
- Fatty Alcohols
- Essential Oils & Plant-based Actives
- Preservatives and specialty ingredients
- Strong understanding of:
- Cosmetic ingredient applications
- Formulation & product development (Skin care, Hair care, Baby care, Hygiene products)
- Exposure to:
- Product positioning
- Competitor benchmarking
- Market trend analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Cosmetics / Chemical Engineering and MBA in Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing of cosmetic ingredients in West & North India
- Develop new business opportunities by acquiring and managing customers
- Manage complete sales cycle:
- Pricing, negotiation, order processing, shipment coordination, and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, technical, finance)
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Submit samples and support product trials at customer locations
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Track market trends and recommend new product additions
