Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• To Ensure achievement of strategic objectives- Revenue, cost and service
• Inventory Management- ensure availability of stocks at pharmacy
• Accuracy of stocks between system & physical.
• Compliance Monitoring on Pharmacy
• Ensure smooth functioning of Pharmacy department
• Ensure PTC meetings are conducted as per TOR and discussion points are closed and implemented
• Implementation of SOP
• Ensure proper storage (managing cold storage, LASA, segregation of expiry drugs, manage high alert drugs, Managing Narcotic and scheduled drugs)
