Senior Executive - Performance Marketing

We're Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Executive (15 Years Experience)

Working Model: Onsite - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Drive lead generation, revenue growth & ROI improvement
• Manage performance budgets of around 50cr effectively
• Monitor KPIs like CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
• Conduct A/B testing & landing page optimization
• Weekly & monthly performance reporting
• Coordinate with creative & content teams for campaign success

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Good understanding of tracking tools (GA4, GTM)
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Performance-focused mindset with numbers-driven approach

Bonus if you have worked in B2C / D2C / Lead Generation campaigns.
