This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Executive - Performance Marketing. The Senior Executive will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to achieve specific performance goals. The role also involves coordinating with teams to optimize sales and communication activities, contributing to the organization's overall growth.

• Proven skills in Market Planning and Market Research for developing effective strategies
• Strong Communication and Marketing abilities to craft and deliver impactful messaging
• Experience with Sales strategies and execution, with a proven track record of achieving performance goals
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to manage time-sensitive projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in managing digital performance campaigns is preferred
