Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives, building a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Lead the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with school culture.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies, managing documentation and audit readiness at all times.
- Implement and monitor the performance management system including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications that enhance morale and belonging.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and present insights on recruitment, retention, and engagement trends.
- Support leadership in handling employee relations, grievance management, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and department heads to support workforce planning and HR interventions.
- Lead HR automation initiatives and ensure efficient utilization of ERP and HRMS systems for process improvement.
- Manage compensation-related processes, benefits administration, and ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Represent the People & Culture function in audits, reviews, and compliance meetings with accuracy and professionalism.

Education & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required.
- 46 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent management preferably within the education sector.
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.
