Job Description

The Senior Executive - Paid Social will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing goals.

Ad Creation and Optimization:

  • Create visually compelling ad creatives and persuasive ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and bidding strategies as needed.

Audience Targeting:

  • Identify and define target audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Utilize audience insights and data to refine targeting strategies continuously.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
  • Track campaign expenses and provide regular budget reports.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

A/B Testing:

  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve ad elements.

Stay Updated with Current Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media advertising technologies.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team.

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign strategies, results, and learnings.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and organization of creative assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on delivering visually appealing and compelling ad content.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
