Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Search Senior Executive to drive our search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising efforts. The Senior Executive - Paid Search will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid search strategies to maximize ROI, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in paid search advertising and a data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities while staying current with industry trends.

Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others. Set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns are on track to meet goals.

Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to the business and industry. Continuously optimize keyword targeting and bidding strategies.

Ad Copy and Landing Pages: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive click through rates (CTR) and conversions. Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative and landing pages.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize ROI. Analyze campaign expenses and adjust budgets as needed.

Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze paid search campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. Maintain documentation of campaign strategies, experiments, and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid search advertising campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in using paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, UAC, Shopping Ads and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles is a plus.
