Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Finance and Accounts. The role is located in Peddemul. Responsibilities include providing support with finance-related tasks, preparing and managing expense reports, offering administrative assistance, and ensuring accurate executive support. Additional responsibilities may involve coordinating financial workflows and assisting with budget management processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Experience in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and managing Expense Reports
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with financial software and tools such as MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
