Job Description: Senior Executive Operations (Admin)

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive Operations (Admin) to manage administrative operations, payment verification and asset documentation across multiple operational sites. The role requires close coordination with Accounts, Operations, and field teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and validate operational expense bills, vendor invoices, and payment amounts before submission to the Accounts team.
Coordinate closely with the Accounts team for work-related payments, reimbursements, and financial closures.
Manage and supervise a team responsible for attendance validation, CSE inputs, and operational data.
Maintain and update asset records, including VTS devices, cameras, tools, machines, and other operational equipment.
Handle documentation related to the repair, maintenance, and replacement of operational assets.
Process employee reimbursements and ensure timely approvals and settlements.
Maintain admin-related MIS, registers, trackers, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred).
3 years of experience in admin operations, accounts coordination, payables, or operational finance support.
Prior experience in payment verification, or expense control is highly desirable.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of payments, billing verification, and expense reconciliation.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
High attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational data management.
Ability to handle multi-site operational data and resolve grievances efficiently.
Strong numerical aptitude and mathematical problem-solving skills.
