Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous interaction with UK counterparts to complete assigned tasks as per rota.
- Interact with the various teams in both UK & India to deliver activities on time.
- Play a key role in delivering summer and winter sessions with high quality.
- Ensure process related work instructions/SOPs are up-to-date as per the set standards.
- Maintain daily/monthly activity reports and provide inputs regularly.
- Act as a mentor/trainer for consultants & new joiners.
- Work closely with the SQA, ensuring that the relevant individual/team documentations are complaint.
- Take additional responsibilities to smoothen daily operations.
- Build process knowledge and contribute towards process improvements.
- Arranges, prepares, and takes part in Program / Project meetings and prepare minutes/action points.
Experience
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At least 1+ years of work experience in operations.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience of working in a reactive and / or varied role environment.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/SharePoint Online.
- Should be process oriented.
Competency Requirement
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and pick up new applications and technologies.
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities with a logical approach.
- Good planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Should be a team player with a co-operative outlook.
- Should be a continuous learner.
