Microtek International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Baddi. The Senior Executive will manage day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic decision-making, and oversee team performance and productivity. Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and achieving organizational goals. The candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Experience in team management, leadership, and operational planning
• Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and performance tracking
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of technology and products in the power backup and solar energy sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools
