Senior Executive - Maintenance Planning

Job Description

u2022 Responsible for Preparing and execution of sitewide Equipements Maintenance Plan

u2022 Responsible for ensuring all site key equipements are in Green zone there by ensuring that site realise

its volume goals.

u2022 Responsible for preparing and implementation of effective equipments Maintenance plan for Jhagadia

site assets as per Abbott policies and procedures.

u2022 Responsible for creating a detailed Maintenance schedule for function wise equipements and its related

KPIs tracking.

u2022 Responsible for preparing and updating equipements Health/History cards and there by ensuring that all

key equipments are in green zone to avoide unexpected break downs.

u2022 Responsible for Carrying out maintenance planning activities for large industrial equipments such as

fans, pumps, and boilers and their associated components such as bearings and actuators.

u2022 Responsible for review of RCA for determining frequent equipment problems / break down and

appropriate solutions, accordingly reviewing and updating maintance job plans.

u2022 Responsible for carrying out mathematical computations for estimating maintance cost ,spares

procurement for effective negotition with vendors/ supplier.

u2022 Responsible for maintaing effective working relationships with other personnel including operators,

vendors,contractors, subordinates, peers, and superiors.

u2022 Ability to read, interpret, and use information from files, drawings, catalogs, reports, and manuals.

u2022 Ability to maneuver continuously throughout plant to observe equipment.

u2022 Reponsible for timely escalation of any changes in planning impacting plant volume deliverables.

u2022 Assist Senior Manager - Engineering for preparing annual budegeting / LBE plan related to site

Maintenance .

u2022 Responsible for Collaborating with regional / divisional engineering team and execute best practicies at

the site.

u2022 Participate in internal / external audits.

u2022 Site administrator for implementing changes in Maximo data base.

u2022 Conduct necessary training for providing maximo access to new/ existing users.

u2022 Act as an interface between Regional/Division Engineering and Plant Engineering.

u2022 Liaise with the Reliability Engineer on implementation of the PdM program

u2022 Gradute Engineer with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Food / Phrma / FMCG industires.

u2022 Must have minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance planner/ scheduler position.

u2022 Must have hands on exposer in SAP & Maximo.

u2022 Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment in the maintenance of manufacturing and

utilities systems.

u2022 Excellent Written and Verbal communicate Skills.

u2022 Good Analytical Skills / Decision Marking Abilities

u2022 Stakeholder Management

u2022 Highly analytical in nature, able to interpret, manipulate, and present data using exceptional computer skills.

u2022 Good understanding of World Class Maintenance practices and expectations
