Site Visits and Data Collection:
- Conduct site visits to potential land parcels identified by the Assistant Manager and Manager.
- Collect and compile necessary data, including land records, ownership details, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare detailed site visit reports, including photographs, maps, and initial observations, for review by the Assistant Manager.
- Initial Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish first contact with landowners, local authorities, and community leaders to gather basic information about the land and its ownership.
- Provide a preliminary overview of the company interest in land acquisition, ensuring clear communication of intentions and expectations.
- Maintain a log of all stakeholder interactions, including contact details, key discussions, and next steps.
II. Support in Land Aggregation and Compliance
Documentation Preparation:
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for land aggregation, including agreements, memoranda of understanding, and pooling arrangements.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for review by the Assistant Manager and legal team.
- Facilitate the signing and execution of documents, coordinating with landowners and other stakeholders as needed.
- Basic Coordination with Legal and Compliance:
- Work with the legal team to ensure that all basic legal requirements are met before proceeding with land acquisition deals.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documents and checklists, ensuring all transactions adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Support the Assistant Manager in monitoring the progress of legal reviews and obtaining necessary approvals.
III. Reporting and Records Maintenance
Daily Activity Reporting:
- Provide daily reports on all activities related to land acquisition, including site visits, stakeholder meetings, and document preparation.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all interactions, transactions, and communications related to land acquisition and aggregation.
- Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for review by the Assistant Manager and Manager.
- Record Keeping and Document Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized record-keeping system for all land acquisition and aggregation activities.
- Regularly update records to reflect the latest developments in ongoing projects.
- Ensure that all documents are securely stored and archived in compliance with company policies.
