Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer rollout → onboarding coordination)
  • Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create job descriptions

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future roles
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
  • Maintain candidate evaluation documentation

Offer Management

  • Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Must to have experience with BFSI hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring/lateral hiring (depending on company need)
  • Knowledge of X-Ray portal.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
  • Understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance
