Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
Manage end-to-end onboarding including coordination, orientation scheduling, documentation completion, and close collaboration with the TA team to validate and ensure accuracy before onboarding.
Handle complete Employee Lifecycle (ELC) processes on HRIS—onboarding, internal movements, confirmations, exits, and employee record updates.
Oversee Background Verification (BGV) end-to-end, ensuring timely initiation, tracking, escalation, and closure with the vendor partner.
Administer NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs including enrolment, portal management, statutory compliance, and oversight of apprentices and temp workforce in partnership with the vendor.
Lead the HR Helpdesk / Employee Query Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution within defined SLAs.
Maintain HR dashboards and perform basic HR analytics—headcount, joiners/leavers, helpdesk data trends, and other operational metrics.
Ensure HR data accuracy across HRIS and prepare periodic MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Skills
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Proficiency in HR dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic analytics.
Strong understanding of onboarding, documentation, HRIS processes, and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with speed and accuracy.
