Role And Responsibilities
- Periodic Maintenance of the IT assets required for property management services (Laptop, Desktop, software, Network hardware system etc.).
- Maintaining and tracking EPABX services used for site intercom service and ensuring all the lines are in operation.
- Maintaining and tracking Food court server used for POS counter billing services.
- Tracking and maintaining common area WIFI system in coordination with AMC vendor.
- Data backup management (Sharing folder access) at site.
- Trouble shooting of PM site networking issues.
- Coordinating with vendors for flab barriers, Intercom and access card related issues.
- Trouble shooting of reception and gate guards electronic tab network issue.
- Coordinating with vendor for upgradation and trouble shoot of biometric system.
- Biometric attendance report downloading and sharing to all the service providers.
- Monthly AMC and service providers meeting invitation schedule prepared and shared to all.
- Operation and Maintenance of digital kiosks at all main reception and trouble shoot in coordination with concerned vendor.
- New initiatives/ Improvement in aspect of Information Technology which suits to site operations if any.
- Keep Track of all the Extra Low voltage assets / equipments such as Networks, access control, CCTV racks, for its healthy operations at all times .
- Monitoring of all the network service providers rooms and their Mux rooms for safe operation.
- Projector arrangements for any training/meeting sessions at site as and when required.
Any revision in the roles and responsibility will be reviewed and updated in every quarter.
