Job Title: IT Software Manager
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all software used across the organisation, including accounting software, and printing/production systems.
- Manage IT vendors, software licences, AMC contracts, and coordinate technical support.
- Handle software installation, updates, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth functioning for all departments.
- Support basic cloud tools and AI-based applications used for automation and productivity.
- Understand development tools and environments (Python, React, PHP, Node.js) to coordinate with developers and evaluate solutions.
- Maintain system documentation, user access, and backups.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ Years in IT Software Management.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP), and printing/production software.
- Experience in IT vendor management and software procurement.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools.
- Familiarity with development technologies: Python, React, PHP, Node.js (not for coding, but for coordination).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Website Development.
- Vendor Management.
