Role Description

HR Executive at Uplift Innovations, your primary responsibility will be driving end-to-end recruitment for the organization. You will manage the full hiring lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating selection, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations. Your efforts will be central to building a talented, high-performing, and engaged workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications as required.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems accurately.
  • Assist with HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Support onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports, including recruitment metrics, attendance, and leave summaries.
  • Support HR management in analyzing workforce data and improving HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 35 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR operations. Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • HR Operations Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, employee documentation, and HRIS systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Professional Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support.
