Job Description: Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities (IT Recruitment):
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, AI, etc.)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social hiring
- Conduct initial HR screening, schedule technical interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements, feedback, and closures
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future IT needs
HR Operations:
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Support HR policies, attendance, and basic compliance
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, roles, and hiring platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn hiring tools
- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines
