It specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of dermatology and skincare products used by consumers and professionals. The company works with a range of skincare brands and formulations, including moisturizers, cleansers, antihistamine tablets for skin allergies, and antifungal products aimed at helping people with different skin concerns.
Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.
Description:
They are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive with 46 years of experience, primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, including performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Onboarding, induction, and early employee engagement
Learning & development and training coordination
HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
Payroll and benefits coordination
HR MIS and employee data management
Employee relations and engagement initiatives
Exit management and full & final settlement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR specialization preferred)
46 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and HR systems
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of labor laws
