Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, implement and maintain HR policies, support employee relations, and ensure efficient execution of HR practices and strategies. The role involves working closely with teams to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices
• Experience with HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and enhancing workplace engagement
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance frameworks, and workplace best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Prior experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
