Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience in a similar HR role; familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage
