Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Work From Home

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to execute day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure smooth, structured, and timely HR processes across the organization. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and focuses on recruitment operations, employee lifecycle management, HR data accuracy, HRMS operations, insurance coordination, and routine HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including job postings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and maintaining hiring trackers and reports.

2. HR Operations, Onboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, exit formalities, documentation, HRMS updates, attendance, leave management, and ensuring accurate and timely record maintenance.

3. Employee Data, HRMS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update employee master data across HRMS and internal trackers, ensure data accuracy, generate routine HR reports, and handle employee queries related to HR systems and policies.

4. Insurance & Benefits Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain employee data for health and accident insurance additions, deletions, and modifications, and coordinate with insurance vendors for timely updates.

5. Probation, Performance & Appraisal Support

  • Track probation and appraisal timelines, maintain performance-related documentation, and coordinate feedback collection

6. Employee Engagement & Internal Communication

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, draft and circulate internal HR communications, and assist with employer branding and internal announcements.

Key Skills:

  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage routine HR tasks independently in a structured environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS tools

Candidate Qualifications & Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven record of results in B2B marketing and complex solution selling. Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is highly

preferred.
