Role Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and stakeholder coordination to support business objectives and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support timely hiring
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and data accuracy
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Support performance management processes and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
