Job Summary
Origin Nutrition is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in
end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle
management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS,
labour law compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Draft job descriptions and post on LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social hiring.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
2. Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy (salary structure, deductions, reimbursements,
- incentives).
- Ensure timely PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS remittance and return filing.
- Handle labour law compliance and statutory documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Drive probation reviews, confirmation letters, and increment documentation.
- Handle full and final settlement and leave encashment.
- Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
4. HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Implement HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, reimbursement).
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate performance management (KRA/KPI framework).

Qualifications
- MBA HR / MSW / Relevant HR Qualification
- 45 years of core HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
