Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources based in Orchha. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational objectives and relevant labor regulations. This position plays a strategic role in supporting team development, strengthening the organization's culture, and addressing HR-related issues effectively.

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
