About Medinext Global
Medinext Global is a growing organization providing healthcare, staffing, IT consulting, and business-support solutions. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our India office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through separation.
* Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer-letter issuance, and joining formalities.
* Conduct professional HR inductions and orientation sessions for new employees.
* Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
* Manage the HRMS platform and ensure employee information is accurate and updated.
* Monitor daily attendance, shift timings, late arrivals, breaks, absenteeism, and leave records.
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, overtime, and unpaid leave.
* Prepare and explain salary structures, CTC calculations, gross salary, net salary, statutory deductions, and salary breakdowns.
* Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and employment regulations.
* Draft, implement, communicate, and periodically update HR policies and SOPs.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warning letters, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.
* Conduct performance-review processes and coordinate performance improvement plans when required.
* Make professional floor announcements and communicate management decisions clearly to employees.
* Organize employee-engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations, and Fun Friday programs.
* Promote workplace discipline, professional conduct, punctuality, and effective communication.
* Support department heads with manpower planning and workforce allocation.
* Prepare HR reports, including headcount, attrition, attendance, hiring, payroll, and performance reports.
* Coordinate training and development programs based on employee and business requirements.
* Conduct exit interviews and manage resignation acceptance, notice periods, handovers, clearance, full-and-final settlement, and relieving documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee, payroll, and company information.
* Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities.
* Ensure smooth HR operations during the evening/night shift.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity, bonus, and payroll compliance.
• Experience using HRMS, attendance, payroll, and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of salary structures, CTC components, deductions, and payroll calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong recruitment, negotiation, employee-relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience handling HR operations, employee engagement, and workplace administration.
• Ability to communicate confidently with employees and make professional floor announcements.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email communication, and HR reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates must be comfortable working permanently from the Ahmedabad office during the specified shift.
