What You Will Own

Talent Acquisition, your primary mandate

Full-cycle hiring for D365 CE, Power Platform, .NET and AI or Copilot roles, from a sharp brief through sourcing, screening, panel coordination and a closed offer. Quality of hire is the measure, not volume.
A living pipeline on Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, plus a vendor network of consultancies, staffing partners and background verification providers that you select, negotiate with and hold to their SLAs.
The candidate experience from first message to first day. You will tell the Powercret story with conviction and lead offer conversations to outcomes that work for both sides.
The last mile. Counter-offers, notice period slippage and drop-offs are yours to anticipate and manage, so that an accepted offer becomes a joined employee.

People and Culture

Being the person the team trusts with a concern, and the one who resolves it early, fairly and on record before it reaches the CEO.
Engagement, recognition and learning initiatives that give people a reason to stay and to bring their friends.

People Operations and Payroll

Attendance, leave, monthly payroll inputs, reimbursements, tax declarations and revision cycles in Keka, run cleanly every month.
Employee master data, personnel records, letter templates and a policy library that stays current as the company grows.
HR MIS to leadership on headcount, attrition, cost per hire and time to fill, and a respectful, complete exit process when someone moves on.

Compliance and Workplace

Statutory compliance across PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, Shops & Establishments and POSH, with registers that are always audit ready.
Spotting the gaps that come with growth, in policies, headcount planning and workspace, and closing them before they become blockers.
Office administration and asset procurement, from laptops and peripherals to the asset register, so the workplace keeps pace with the team.

What You Bring

5 to 8 years in HR, with at least 3 years inside an IT services or consulting firm where you were close to the hiring problem.
A track record of closing senior technical candidates in competitive markets. You can talk about specific hires you fought for and won.
Experience managing recruitment vendors and HR service providers, including the commercial negotiation that comes with it.
Working command of Indian labour law, statutory compliance and payroll processing. You know what has to be filed and when.
Hands-on experience administering an HRMS. We run on Keka; strong experience with Zoho People, Darwinbox or similar transfers well.
An MBA in HR or an equivalent post-graduate qualification.
Fluent written and spoken English for regular conversation with Australian leadership, and the composure to hold a difficult one, knowing when to escalate and when to resolve it yourself.
