Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team at MARS Cosmetics, headquartered in Delhi. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across various functions of the organization. You will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure the effective execution of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent across all departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decision

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and ensure a high level of job satisfaction.
  • Monitor employee morale and proactively address concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, focusing on career development and growth opportunities.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and work with the leadership team to implement relevant training and development programs.
  • Encourage continuous learning and career development among employees.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and legal changes, making adjustments to HR processes as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage compensation reviews and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Administer benefits programs and handle employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and policies.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster healthy relationships between employees and management by addressing grievances and promoting open communication.
  • Act as an employee advocate while balancing the needs of the company.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use HR analytics to track key performance metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and engagement levels.
  • Provide regular reports to management on HR-related data and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
