We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Drive employee engagement activities and company initiatives
- Assist in training & development programs
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 23 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
