Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  • Drive employee engagement activities and company initiatives
  • Assist in training & development programs
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 23 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
