We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 34 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring and HR operations. This is a full-time role based out of Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. You'll work closely with the HR, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth and create a strong internal culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (AI/ML, Engineering, Product), Data Science, Media, Freshers and non-tech roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain candidate pipelines.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update HRIS, employee records, and databases with accuracy.
- Handle onboarding, offer letters, documentation, and induction processes.
- Support offboarding, exit formalities, and asset tracking.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Assist in performance management cycles and OKR/KRA tracking as required.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
- Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
- 34 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to tech hiring and HR operations.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR tools, Google Workspace, MS Office, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
