Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat for the role of Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, developing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management. The role also includes ensuring adherence to organizational standards, supporting recruitment processes, and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management and Human Resources operations
• Strong understanding and implementation of Blue Collar Recruitment & Contract Recruitment with HR Policies and Employee Relations best practices
• Experience in managing HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior HR role, with demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives
