Job description:
- Requirement for the organizations (All staff)
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (record leaves)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, appointment letter, offer letter and new hire guides
- Revision and update company HR policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
- Assist accounts department by providing relevant employee information like leaves of absence, sick days, Salaries and work schedules)
- Provide travel, arrange accommodations and process for out station staff and maintain the record.
- Provide and organized skill development training to office staff (Technical and Non-Technical)
- Enlisting and impanel Contract base staff for job work and online training as per the requirement
- Create reporting and attendance pattern for outstation and visiting staff and policies for regular office attendees regarding Biometric and schedule
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Assist franchisees for their staff recruitment and provide data base.
- Post the Job Requirement for franchisee students and through the online panel system (twice in week)
- Placement of in-house students
- Search and impanel requestors for placement and job Requirement for admission department
- Regular update of placement data base and coordinate with management and franchise team.
- All Onboarding process of new staff and associate (Induction, Trainings, KRA, Biometric, ETC)
- Working on the payroll system of organization. (PF, ESIC, Medical Etc.)
- Daily MIS update
