Senior Executive Human Resources (6 Days working) for apparel Retail Brand in Mumbai Parel.
Salary upto:- 9.00 LPA
Experience - 6 -8 years
Key Responsibilities: -
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles.
- Conduct onboarding programs and induction sessions for new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMIS.
- Oversee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Handle full & final settlements and exit interviews.
Performance Management & Appraisals:
- Assist in implementing PMS and appraisal cycles.
- Track employee performance and identify development needs.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor attrition, headcount, and key HR metrics.
