Key Responsibilities

* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and delivery roles

* Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms

* Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews

* Manage and update candidate data in ATS

* Draft and optimize job descriptions

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

* Strong exposure to full-cycle hiring

* Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to understand and hire for diverse roles

* MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
