Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll attendance based on inputs received from HRMS and business units.
- Analyze attendance data, including input vs. output variances, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Govern timekeeping by reviewing daily punch-in/punch-out data and identifying anomalies or exceptions.
- Perform detailed analysis of timekeeping and centralized attendance data to ensure compliance, identify gaps or discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
- Handle statutory compliances including ESI, Provident Fund, Salary TDS, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, payroll policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support HR operations related to payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR data management.
- Prepare reports for Group Medical Coverage, Group Term Life Insurance, and Group Personal Accident Insurance, including additions/deletions, MIS, and analytical dashboards using advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and employees to resolve payroll- and attendance-related queries in a timely manner.
