Job Description

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR operations, system transactions, insurance administration, HR data management, incentives processing, and MIS reporting. The position plays a critical role in maintaining HR data integrity, operational efficiency, and decision-support insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & System Transactions

a. Ensure error-free and timely processing of all HR system transactions including: Employee Joining, Transfers, Separations (Leavings), Role changes, compensation updates, and other employee lifecycle events

b. Maintain complete and accurate employee records across HR systems.

2. Insurance Administration

a. Manage annual insurance policy renewals in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

b. Handle monthly insurance enrollments, deletions, and endorsements.

c. Act as the point of contact for employee insurance-related queries and support claims processing.

3. HR MIS & Data Management

a. Own end-to-end HR MIS including data collation, validation, and maintenance.

b. Publish periodic dashboards and reports for leadership and HR stakeholders.

c. Analyze HR data trends and draw actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

4. Employee Documentation & Letters

a. Generate various employee letters and documents in response to employee requests and as a part of hire to retire process

b. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies.

5. Organization Structure Management

a. Prepare, maintain, and periodically update the organizational structure and hierarchy.

b. Ensure alignment between organizational design, HR systems, and reporting structures.

6. Incentives & Commission Management

a. Manage end-to-end incentive and commission processes, including: Data validation, Calculations, System updates and reports

b. Coordinate with Finance and business teams to ensure timely payouts.

7. Automation & Process Improvement

a. Facilitate the design and enhancement of HR models using advanced Excel and Macros.

b. Drive automation initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

c. Support continuous improvement of HR processes through data and technology.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

Excellent data management and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)

Experience with HRIS and MIS reporting

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 68 years or Master's degree with 35 years

Experience in HR Operations / HR MIS
