  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Sourcing candidates online.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
  • Providing well documented recruiting reports.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Coordinating with clients.

Attend Inbound & outbound emails.

Creating UANs on PF site for new joinees.

Creating ESI numbers for new employees.

Collecting Attendance details and maintain Leave Records

Prepare MIS reports in XL for management.

Fluency in spoken English and knowledge of formulas in XL like vlookup, Pivot Tables is a must.
