SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HR

• Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues
• Administer employee engagement and recognition programs
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews
• Manage employee benefits programs and handle benefit-related inquiries
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Conduct employee training on HR-related topics, including diversity, inclusion, and harassment prevention
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process
• Assist in identifying employee development needs and implementing training programs
• Work on initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity
• Data and Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics related to key HR performance indicators
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Contribute to HR budget planning and management
• HR Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects, such as restructuring, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives
