Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and networking.
- Conduct competencybased interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final selection discussions with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies, where applicable.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and challenges.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stages of the hiring process.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
- Conduct preoffer and postoffer engagement activities to reduce dropoffs and improve joining ratios.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in hiring processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fastpaced corporate environment.
- Experience hiring for midlevel roles; exposure to volume hiring or niche roles is an advantage.
