Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and networking.
  • Conduct competencybased interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final selection discussions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies, where applicable.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and challenges.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stages of the hiring process.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Conduct preoffer and postoffer engagement activities to reduce dropoffs and improve joining ratios.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in hiring processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Stay updated on market trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fastpaced corporate environment.
  • Experience hiring for midlevel roles; exposure to volume hiring or niche roles is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards.
